Anyone recommend one? I live in an apartment, 2nd floor so special ladders will be required

Most proper window cleaners will have a "Reach & Wash" system. No ladders required.
If nobody recommends someone from tallaght, just look in the golden pages or whatever, if they have "Reach & Wash" in the ad, they can do it.
