satelite channels lost

:)Hi Up to a few months ago I had Andalucia TV and Telemadrid on Hispat frequency after loosing them I changed the dish to hotbird and still cant recieve them I have a few south american channels but the programmes are poor . Does anyone out there still have these stations or is it possible to get them back? Thanks

They're on Astra 1 @19E, 11,597 mHz, V. pol., SR 22,000.
