Inquire - enquire

This is something that is bugging me lately - is there a difference between inquire and enquire, or is it something as simple as UK vs US spelling?

Inquiry is an investigation in which many enquiries may be made

Think there may possibly be a US/UK thing going on as well, particularly since FF doesn't seem to recognise "enquiries"...

That's also what confused me bluewolf; the fact that spellcheckers don't seem to recognize some.

FF doesn't recognise UK spelling in general (such as 'recognise') which is what led me to think it's a UK/US thing. From what I read, inquire/enquire can be used in UK as I said above, but only "inquire" is used in US spelling

You just have to tell it to use UK spelling:

Oh, I don't care that much, but thanks.
Not sure if I can get addons working on this version anyway - it's the portable version as I have no access to anything important on work computers...

Extensions work on the portable version. Takes less time to install than to moan about it not working :P
