Daddy Long Legs.I was told he would have beaten Learn at Leopardstown.Look at results yesterday at Leopardstown. He will be the best stayer at Ballydoyle next year. This is a very serious horse.

Beginners chase over 2.6miles on heavy ground with 1/1 a good price stay away from your front door because the men in white coats are looking for you. With these good hurdlers running in their first chase the objective is not about winning its about experience[schooling in public].Carberrys job is to get him jumping[no better jockey] he will not be abused with whip.5/2 is the proper price for this horse.

This horse got a rating of 136 and 140 on good ground. He only won 1 race, off 134 on heavy. He ran over 3 miles over hurdles so that would say he will be better over 3 1/2 miles plus.Jumping hurdles and fences in heavy ground are two different things .This is a shocking race and all he has to do is jump to win ??If he he starts to make mistakes Carberry will be easy on him,so there lies your bet and not for me.

Got word from someone very close to the Bolger yard that they expect Zip Top to go very close in the 3.55 at Newmarket. He said forget the last run the horse came back and wasnt right at all. And that this is their best 2yo in the yard. 8/1 with some firms paying 3 places so worth an each way bet.

Even forgetting about his last run major improvement required based on first run at Leopardstown.O Brien will know what their assessment of the rating of Crusade is .The O Brien horse that finished second to Zip Top subsequently got a rating of 108 so I assume Crusade is rated higher by O Brien. If the Irish ratings are correct ??? then the the fav has at least 5lbs to find to beat either of the Irish horses.Sometimes I dont know where Noel O Brien gets his ratings from and today will tell if some stables are getting their horses overrated.

3.55: Just one (joint) favourite has prevailed during the last decade with seven scorers ranging in price between 6/1 and 33/1 (three double figure winners). interesting Owner: Sheikh Mohammed i will b backin him think he a far classyr horse cmon zip top.

I think he's making some of them up.

Look at the top weight in the first race at Dundalk tomorrow. Worth a rating of 99 after a maiden win?

    Sorry all..:(
Ran a shocker and pelted nearly every hurdle..showed them no respect which could be because has been chasing also of late... and possibly a bit tired after recent runs...
Nevertheless, we have had a great season with him, so can't complain...

I would think he has based his rating on his 2nd behind another O Brien horse Among Equals at Cork[Among Equals therefore is 104 to 106 ???].The horse that looks well in is Muckle Bahoochie. He was not ask any questions and eased to finish last when last seen at the Curragh so his handicap rating could well have been 7lbs or more.Could run a big race at very good odds. The bet on the card is Summer Glow lost alot when he finished 2nd in Clonmel. Was told he didnt come down the hill in Clonmel and Danny Grant got stuck on the inside. Will need luck in running but if he there with 2f to run he will win, very fast finisher.
