Question about Honeycomb on Tablets

Im looking at buying a tablet at the moment. Most im looking at are running various versions of Android honeycomb. What i cant seem to figure out if downloading files from the web on them. Is it possible to install a download manager on them? One that will download multipart files from megaupload, rapidshare etc... And…

Is it possible to install a download manager on them? One that will download multipart files from megaupload, rapidshare etc... And obviously be able to then extract the files from within the downloaded .rar files.

If anyone could help me out that would be great.

i did a quick google and found this:

looks like an android app that will work with multi part rar files.

As for downloading them, all of the standard download sites work through the browser. I think there is even torrent apps available, but I haven't tried one.
