    Guys,

The cold bathroom tap has over the last week become quite "tight" when turning it & the flow has greatly reduced.

Is this just a washer to be changed (& if so could someone please point me how to do it) or is it a "get the plumber out" job ?

Isolate the water supply to the tap, remove the tap body and you will be able to see if the washer and jumper are ok. You might need to apply a bit of silicone grease or vaseline will do the job to loosen up the tap.

Only problem is nw I can't find anything to turn the water off. Do I have to shut off the mains & empty the tank & are there risks of airlock if I do ? Seems like a huge waste of water :(
