I just bought a pair of adidas Kinada trail runners for €48 on sale. My primary use will be off road but can I use on road as well without damaging them?

You can, but the grip will wear down quite quickly with on road use.

Fixed your question, I have a pair, they are fine on trails, not the most forgiving on hard surfaces unless you're a very efficient runner.

I got a pair of these last year. Very grippy but not much forefoot cushioning. They were really great in last year's snow!
