    Cavan won in a very close vote for 2012. It appears that Derry will get 2013.

    Cavan SPCA. Was down on the bike with my dogs. Lots of generous folks about.

    yeah, Derry where always going to get it in 2013, its there 400th year anniversary and there the uk city of culture in 2013, i guess they'd rather give it to cavan for three years, then somewhere else for a definite one year!

    There is nothing definite aboute derry gettting it for 2013.
