I don't want to give too much away, but it's basically an online extension of the books... you're given a username and password, and you work your way through each chapter of all seven books, collecting items and previously undisclosed details about characters and shizz from JKR herself
they've let a million people in early to help make it perfectomundo for everyone else

Aww... I got in on day 4 - I'd tried every other day but I was either too early or too late
You don't have long to wait though - it opens to all in October and you'll be able to see it without all the glitches and freezing pages0 -
