Did you know there are several different types of Kegels?

    There are! So, women of AH, if you're not focusing on three distinct muscle groups during your exercises, my helpful tip for you today is to read up on the different types, so that you may maximize your potential!

    (I wasn't going to, but you inspired me, hondasam! *blows kisses*)
