DCU Student ID Card

For the Student ID Card you need to bring:

1.Valid passport
2.Proof of payment

Do you need to bring a passport photo or do they take one there?

Do they have to use your middle name on your passport? (Put there by accident, never actually use it)

Please reply ASAP thanks.

They take a picture on the day.
I think they'll use the name you used when registering for DCU .

Can you use your Garda age card or does it specifically HAVE to be your passport?

Does this also apply to continuing Research (MSc) students?

I have already re-registered online for this academic year but I just wanna make sure I have all the necessary material required to get my new student card next week. (I'm only on campus 1 day a week at the mo so would like to get it all taken care of on that day rather than waiting until the following week)

Do you need to get a new student card?
Pretty sure if you already have a student card you don't need to get a new one this year, unless maybe you're in a new course or something.

Passport, or drivinglicense with a birthcert. Take your pick. The passport/birthcert confirm nationality as well as name.

I'm not starting a new course. I now know I don't need a new student card. It was something about the mention of a new student card, when I was registering online, that had me perplexed. Turns out I hadn't been properly registered for previous academic year as only started Masters last Jan. Anyway I've re-registered at this stage and all's in order.

are you under 18? don't worry, it's just so the security at balls only need a quick peek. you'll get a new one [possibly free?] when your birthday comes

If you are already a DCU student (but starting a new course) with a card do you need to get a pic taken again or are you already on the system?

Proof of payment? I paid my fees online but I never got any proof of payment?
