So you changed your old password to a new one?
Most likely the new password that you got does not correspond to the password you types for you SIS. The password you changed to might not be the password you were actually changing it to (simple typo).
But check CAPS lock to be sure.

If still doesnt work, email student desk. Might take them a good few days due to traffic of emails coming in.

SISweb PIN is seperate from connect password, I believe. Try just using your DOB for SISweb

Yeah, as Raphael says your SIS password is separate and will still be default which is your DOB. You can also change your password for SIS on that page.. made this mistake too
