Carpet in City... where to go for good deal?

Folks, Looking to re-carpet a stairs in an apartment and not sure where to go for a good price. Basically, I want a hard-wearing (almost like office corded carpet) carpet with an underlay to soften it up. Kinda looking for a dark colour, maybe coffee/dark brown? Just thought i'd ask to check if anyone was in the same…

We use MJ Burkes on the Sean Mulvoy Rd, not sure about prices but they do a fine job, might be worth giving them a call

Just got the kids bedrooms done with something similar,
Size was 12' x 12' for €250 fitted
From the Carpet & Rug Centre on the Tuam Road.
Gives you some idea of what they have there but this was one of there cheaper carpets.
