Changing a Shimano hub for use with Campagnolo?

OK, bear with me if I have some of the terminology wrong here, but I've been offered a set of CSN Superleggera XL50 carbon clinchers from a friend who has a Shimano setup. My bike is all Campagnolo, so am I right in saying there are compatability issues?

Can the hub be changed to make it suit my bike? Also, I presume the front wheel will be fine regardless?

The "freehub body" is the bit that needs to be changed.

They look like this...

...and are specific to the model of hub. You need a Campag-compatible one, if they exist for that hub.
