I'd like to do the exam, just wondering what I could do that might lessen the symptoms by tomorrow.

Sh*t yourself in the exam, i've checked every possible scenario in my head and this is the only one that I reckon you should do

Is it a rectal exam? If so you might want to give it a miss.

I'm sceptical about "food poisoning" in a lot of instances

Under the normal run of things it's fairly rare to hear of someone getting food poisoning, yet during exam time, or during high pressure sporting events, it seems to be a frequent occurence.

I am of the opinion that very often it's not food poisoning but fear and anxiety, and this can turn the bowels to water.

But I'm sure you're genuine OP. Have a stay in bed and look at porn day and you'll be right as rain :)

Had a dose of food poisoning in Mexico a few years ago, immodium stopped some of it....I also took a lot of liquids, tiny amount of salt mixed in.

Before I went to Africa I was told by the doctor to try bananas and rice before trying the medicine, aparently they are pretty effective.

You'll be grand. Sure aren't most exams a process of regurgitation?

I never get how people know when they have food poisoning? Unless you went to the doctor and he examined the contents of your stomach...

I assume by food poisoning you mean diarrhoea and vomiting? In that case eat lots of carbs, comfort food, drink flat lucozade or sprite or 7up, and just concentrate on getting your head in the game for tomorrow.
