Automatic Scraper for Cow Shed

Have to replace part of the automatic scraper in our cow shed before cows come in. One of the pulleys needs replacing altogether, and need new length of chain, anybody on here have to do similar job lately or know anybody who might carry second hand parts for this job? Any estimations on the cost of this would be appreciated, shed houses 63 cows.
