People get robbed. If that fella buys your debts from you and then can't recover the money what happens? Not advising for or against. Lived in Dublin through some rough times is all.

Criminals should not be allowed work in the debt collecting field, they should not be allowed go around acting the scumbag intimidating people.

Why would anybody care if it's the Viper doing the debt collecting? What is the guy actually going to do? Kill you or beat you up? Get somebody to commit an laughably traceable assault?

Don't debt collectors just bug you all the time to make you pay up?

To that end it may as well be a little old man or a former gangland member doing it for all the violence that is required.

I know but ive been robbed eitherways, just the scumbags that robbed me keep their head down, stuck between a rock and a hard place at the moment, the cheek of some people is unbelievaable, thanks for advice all the same....... time to build up the courage and do something about it from this end ;0(

Perhaps for many people logical thinking goes out the window when they feel threatened, so they pay up on anticipation of being beaten up, when the reality is Viper if he wants to stay in business can't have his henchmen touch you.

All these big shot criminals think they are invincible, if you live by the gun you will usually die by the gun and some day this sap will knock on the wrong door and it won't matter how "fit" the Gardai reckon he is, he will get blown across the street with a legally held firearm and that'll be the end of him.

In all fairness, if you were being pursued by him for debt and he threatened you or harassed you, and you decided to take him out before he took you out, do you think there is a jury in the country who would convict you, if you said you feared for your life as a well known serious criminal was tormenting you for debt???

There is another Padraig Nally type hero out there just waiting for this guy to come knocking on his door...

In other news:
HellFireClub was today arrested in connection with the death of Martin Foley.
It would be humourous, considering all he has survived, if his end came by way of a freak and seemingly innocuous situation.
