Sky sound dropout

Does anyone else experience it. Every 20 minutes or so sound goes for about 1-2 seconds. Rang sky twice today. They got me to do the housekeeping check but it still happens. Happens on recorded shows as well but when i go back to where it happened, it doesn't happen again It's an Amstrad HD box
