On a train in Thailand.
Went into the toilet, where the was no sink etc, just a hole in the floor.

Two handles on either side and had to squat over the rushing tracks with the carriage swaying from side to side. I also had a dodgy stomach so it was not a pleasant experience.

Imagine my delight when I walked past a perfectly normal toilet on the way back.
