i have sky plus and dont have channel 5 how do i get it

i dont have itv either is there a code i can put in to get channel 5 really want to see big brother this year. my sky box is black

i pressed the services button but cant see system set up anywhere only says sky setup and when i press it it doesnt have add channels

Hmmmmmm.....I don't have the black sky box..I have the white one....

On Mine it's "services-4-4"..And I'm into the set-up then.

Somebody else here will know about the type of box you have...Otherwise,,in the meantime,,just have a look around your menu..Your bound to find it.
