I got this today from: service@intl.paypal.com
We noticed you haven't used your PayPal account in over 3 years. Inactive accounts like yours are often targeted by fraudsters, so for your protection, we'll close your account on 25/09/2011 unless you decide to start using it again within 30 days.

If you have questions about our account closure policy, you can check out the User Agreement or email us at support@paypal.com

    Thanks,
    PayPal

If you have been using your paypal on a regular enough basis then its a scam to get your details.
    Delete it.

But you said that you use your account regularly - why then is it out-dated ?
