You were able to navigate your way through boards.ie so I am sure you will be able to google 'Irish bars Houston Texas' you will get a list of Irish bars in Houston and you will be able to get a telephone number from their websites or links. Ring the bars and ask if they are showing the game and if not could they direct you in the right direction.

Thats what i would do but i could be crazy

    Houston we have a problem!

Setanta broadcast it in the US or at least used to last time I watched a game over there in 2008.

    According to
    http://www.premiumsportsinc.com/index.html

No bar within 100miles of a Houston according to that site when I tried a sample zip code, however Dallas has one location
    Search Results Bar/Venue
    Trinity Hall Pub

Address 5321 East Mockingbird Lane (No. 250)
City Dallas, TX 75206 Phone 214-887-3600
    Website www.trinityhall.tv
    Distance 10.24 miles (approx.) [map]

You can also watch it online for a fee as indicated or occasionally people people in Ireland stream the match but it seems to be by invite only!

Ok then, only option is online so by the sounds of it, I always just pay the 20 dollars now to watch a game I have a lot of interest in if I couldn't be bother going to the bar at six in the morning. The free streams can get very annoying so 20 isn't a bad option for near perfect quality.
You could always round up some Irish folk and hook the laptop up to the tv and bang you got a party

I used this one this morning and i must say it was very good, no lag and picture quality was good. Good call, got sick and tired of poor streams this season.
