Anyone know of these devices. Brother bought one awhile back from America, runs on propane and it is ignited by an electronic sparking unit he made up. Did not see many of these on the net, and we were wondering if anyone else has one or has an interest.

    Thanks

Its just a hobby really, if you search youtube you will see pulse jet go karts, but that takes alot of work. It basically simulates a jet engine, just not as dangerous. After 1min running all the stainless will glow red hot.

All I know about them is that they are as loud as death, and people use them to power skateboards. Not very popular in London about 70 years ago.

Yea man, they sure are loud, would not chance using one inside though, the one here puts out 10lb thrust.
