They're a very flexible and adaptable part of the body. No willy is the size of a baby's head and I've been with women who've had children and I didn't notice anything slack in that dept. Quite the opposite in a couple of cases.

+1 the tehory seems plausible and I'm sure may have som effect in some men who are that mad/dedicated, but dangerous with it.

And even then th main variant just increases the length when on the drop, not when ready for action(I gather you can increase thickness by injecting fat, but sorry I'd prefer a microwilly than someone injecting fat into it). I think this all depends on whether they do certain exercises or not (Kegels etc..)

There's been shows about this, channel 4 did a good one a few years back. Fat injections are dangerous and can cause a funny shape. Cutting the 'band' just drops the tissue. Silicone injections will more than likely leave you impotent. Exercises can damage you. There is an acid type injection to expand the vessels but again can go very wrong. Apparently the best is the silicone implant which increases girth and can increase length over time due to the weight of the implant. It has no side effects and fits between the skin and the tissue. Just like extra padding really, and since it doesn't surround the gland there's no loss of sensitivity.
