It's from the song "Bass Down Low" by Dev. The full line is "If you wanna get with me there's some things you gotta know/I like my beats fast & my bass down low". Basically referring to dance music, she likes the fast beat of the music & the low bass (when you're in a club, a low bass blaring through the speakers can actually vibrate through you!!!)

She likes to beat her eggs fast and cook her bass high to low on the frying pan. Its a classic recipe. Cook it and she's yours.
