iphone 4 - stays on silent, can't "unsilent" it

    my wife has an iphone 4, she put it on silent on Sunday, and then put it back to normal, but phone is still on silent. i checked all the settings, changed ringtones (tests worked fine). I turned it off and on again, nada. Speakers work fine for music and other apps so anyone got a fix for this?

    Is there a little button on the side to turn it off silent.

    Also make sure the volume is up full whack,

    cheers! that was it - button was hidden by otterbox cover so hadn't seen it.
