    Guile needs K' Chain Drive where if you have the shades on you can throw them at the opponent and launch a fullscreen autocombo if they connect.

    Sobat should throw a boom every time you use it like the last part of Sonic Break.

    The stage should wrap around when Guile reaches the corner.

    He should have his MUGEN super where he jumps up and drops a plane on you.

    Oh and EX Flash Kick should hit crossups. :pac:

    I seem to suffer from severe lag (on Super, not Arcade Edition) when it hits about 11pm at night. Does this happen anyone else, or is it just where I'm situated? It's a real pain in the ass, as I usually play at night-time.

    It runs smooth as hell all day. Once it hits round 1030/11pm -BAM!- Lagged too death. I'm guessing it must just be my line.

    Nah wait until the 2013 edition is 2 months out for that man

    But really some of these buffs. Claw and blanka getting knockdown on the claw dive/heavy blanka balls.

    and vega ultra one been buffed so if the wall jump connects the rest of the ultra will land. I see this replacing ultra 2 for anti air now since the startup on that has been changed

    Balance adjustments centered around the changes made to him from Super to AE.
    The frames in which Guile could be counter-hit after Sonic Boom have been eliminated? (Not 100% sure)
    Air throws 3F startup.
    Spinning backfist 100 damage.
    Can't be thrown out of upside down kick from the 6th frame until the last active frame.

    Sounds fair enough to me, still think either the sonic boom meter nerf or the flash kick damage nerf should have been removed (Because you end up never wanting to use a non ex flash because it does f all damage, so the two feed into each other). But the air throw being restored makes the viper match less scary, the counter hit going makes Yun less scary and he desperately needed some form of damage buff and the backfist is a great move anyway.

    Head stomps will come out on DF, not just D. They note that DB won't work though.
    Kintekishu (B+MK) +3 advantage on counter hit, easier to hit confirm into the second hit.
    Sweep 150 stun.
    Kikoken startup 9F, easier to use as AA/use in combos.
    They are fixing the bug where characters fell out of the U1 juggle in AE.

    MP kikoken, thats at 12 startup now, how much of an actual practical advantage is that going down to 9 ? Probably catch jump in's the odd time? is that 3 fractions of a second? 3ms?

    Each frame is 16.66ms

    It's a big buff.

    Im surprised they are giving chars stuff instead of taking away. Sounds alright. If blanka can do that overhead combo on crouchers it would be pretty sweet.

    Most changes seem fine.

    Bison players didn't even notice the stealth nerf from Super. Our scissors kicks use to do 100*50 stun in Super but got dropped to 50*50 in AE. Was thinking I was scoring less dizzy's recently.

    Its nice to have a slightly easier combo off FADC scissor kick that does more stun. Its still not going to go alot of damage.

    Bush, blowback appears to be a techable knockdown.

    Also holy sheet, MP Kikoken is 9 frame start up? Where did you get that from? :eek: Just realised I read the Kikoken as Kikosho when I read the change log. That's a really nice change.

    @ Doom, bushs strong balls lack blowback. Has to get the fierce balls out for blowback action.
