Re the EMP Pro Multiswitch 9/10 that died after a week,posted it back to AC-Sat May 23 and they are now posting it back to me a full 3 months later,having been repaired by EMP. Doubt if I'll be buying of them again.

One problem with buying from a foreign country - even in the EU - is that it's difficult to be sure of your rights and not easy to discuss them unless you are fluent in the language.

How did you pay, by the way? Very few German companies accept credit card. Paypal would probably have refunded you.
