Hi,new member here. There's just something i'm quite curious about.I have kept off a total of 32lbs for 5 years through calorie counting but I have a habit of looking through aldi/lidl leaflets for candies/chocolates/cakes etc whenever i get a craving.Am i the only person doing this?Is it normal or completely obsessive? It doesn't impact my life or anything, just gives me a little thrill and boosts my mood almost as if i'm actually indulge in them.
