I have no pain at all in the last remaining back tooth, its not tender at all and I'm wondering if its this tooth that maybe infected??? I will be visiting the dentist soon but am a serial procrastinator hence missing teeth

You need a Xray to see whats going on, apart from that anything else is speculation.
