    The rules in TCN and its sub-forums are created by The Leader. I merely enforce them. It is strange how The Leader always manages to time new rules so I have to enforce them right after getting home from the pub or merely just getting drunk in my room with a bottle of mouthwash, but I guess that's why he's The Leader.
