Just did my shopping in Dunnes Stores Dundrum - OMG - they have loads special offers - just home now and looking at my bill - ripped off on four counts - Bottle wine advertised half Price - charged full price!! Kellogs corn flakes and Co Co pops €6.00 for both - charged €3.45 & €4.25 respectfully and on it goes - just rang them and they apologised -come back in with my bill - how many poor other people don't check their bill this is at least the third time it has happened to me in Dunnes Stores :(

I always check my bill especially on the products advertised as special offers and especially in Tesco. I love the chance of getting the product for free and the money back. Unfortunately that doesn't apply for DS but still I check my bill till the last cent before I leave the shop.

I always check receipts with Tesco too as they are often wrong, they have changed their policy on the overcharging, now you just get twice the difference back.

Well - Went back to get money back and they wanted to see the products. I nearly had a fit told them the itelms were at home - after much persistance I finally got the overcharge amount back - a lame apology and good riddance!!
