Reopen bellybutton piercing

Hey all, So I pierced my navel when I was 16 and unfortunately took it out Basically I'm wondering can I get it repierced and if so where would be the best place in Dublin city centre to go about getting it done. Preferably Stephens Green area if possible? Any thoughts?

Wildcat in Stephens Green shopping centre or Snakebite on Abbey St. would be my recommendations.
