Wireless LAN on Toshiba Satellite Pro l670

    How do I enable the wireless LAN on my Toshiba Satellite Pro? bought a new wireless router but I cannot get it recognised and my Configfree says my wireless LAN is disabled.

    Download the manual from toshibas website, normally press keys fn & f1 for wireless, should be a little wireless icon on one of the f (1-12) keys along the top

    I have pressed that, a little red light appears o the front of the laptop, I dont know if this means it is on or not working, the rest of the lights are white.
