Cleaning my tiffany & co jewelry, gone gold?

Hi guys, i have a tiffany & co ring silver ring and have had it for 2 years, its quits scratched and off colour. i dont mind the scratches i know theres not much i can do about them unless i go get it buffed, but its a dull silver at the moment, and maybe its just my eyes but i think there may be a gold hue off it? i have…

White spirit is a great cleaning agent for silver , but you would need to be sure that it doesnt have bad reaction to the stone ( if there is one)
Its also fine to clean diamonds , but probably not for any other stones .
