Sky TV skills test???

Iv just had a telephone interview for a customer service job with sky in Cork,,i passed it and now i have to go for a 'skills test',,followed by a face-to-face interview in 3 days. does anyone know what a skills test with sky is? is it computer skills or what? Thanks!
