Bought this at the weekend. 2006 630i - full spec, savage price. I've missed driving something a bit special. It will get a proper wash this weekend when I pick it up and lose the awful mud flaps.

don't know if i put up pics of my new beast here, some of you may remember the thread i had up on it a few weeks back asking for opinions on it before i bought it.

its the 1.6 SR with the 6 speed box. 100% standard, even the wheels before someone says it :P
apologies for the photos on a dull day, but those are the best for polishing :D

einheisserschre; that is one way of taking a picture to give the results of motion. However, I think you may be wrong in this instance. As it looks like it was taken in a drive way!

dharn; I would guess that its a rig thats suction cupped onto the car, and then the rig is photoshopped out! Like this....

    1.jpg

In the photo you asked about, Im guessing it was a longish exposure and the car wasnt moving very fast! But as "einheisserschre", it can be done from a moving car also, quicker exposure as the car is moving faster!

    Here's on I took from a moving car....(I wasnt driving :p)

    323i_1.jpg

Picture of the car above is not my car...dont ban me! I wouldnt mind owing it though!
    Its a super charged 323i

I haven't a clue how it was done, just a guess! I know it's a driveway but if you look to the left of the photo, it looks as though there's room for another car. Not much speed needed either to give the movement impression :)

    Cheers man.
I did go to Moneygall, and it is probably the cleanest DC5 i've ever seen. But I had test driven the Civic about a month earlier, and loved it. Took a long time deciding on what to buy, and decided on the Civic as it will suits my needs a little better for a little bit longer than the DC5 will, but there really wasn't much in it when I was deciding!

Savage car BDJW. My father loves it, he is 76 and he has the 1.8 version of that car with all the side skirts and extras like your one...:D
