Hi guys have people this working properly? Push gmail on meteor setup as an exchange account - Mine takes hours sometimes to come through and comes through instantly other times. Was on o2 with same phone and it worked fine. Have reset network settings and all that palava. Just wondering anyone who it does work properly for is that on 3G or wifi or both. I'm being prompted to install a new meteor carrier file but so far have declined as I don't know what it is. Im jailbroken on 4.3.3

Just noticed there I also font have personal hotspot. Is this because I haven't accepted the carrier update? Do meteor charge for this feature or is it just taken from my monthly data allowance
    Thks

You can accept the carrier file. It only sets the mms and Internet apn and can also hide the hotspot. I have the meteor 10.1 ipcc on emobile and have the hotspot option
They don't charge for tethering either

You don't have the hotspot feature because you haven't entered the settings (scroll down past the MMS settings)

If you accept the settings, it will do all that for you. Tethering is included in any data allowance.

While that may be true with meteor data plans. Vodafone and O2 charge for tethering

We were talking about Meteor weren't we? I figured I didn't need to mention the name of the company since it was a question asked about Meteor. Don't be so pedantic.
