Sorry but I'm not that technically advanced to do it :rolleyes:, got no camera or anything. I had my reservations, wasn't even sure they'd arrive tbh given what was going on to other posters here.

Oh and the Inter and Marseille jerseys had the league badges on them too

Got a second letter from customs, the replacement jersey has been confiscated and again if deemed to be counterfeit will be destroyed.

So i will email st to see what they have to say, but it doesn't look good since i ordered using a 3v voucher I can safely say a refund is out the window.

Have gotten 3 of the customs letters now. So today ST tell me they cannot send anymore and I won't get a refund.
How do I go about getting onto google for a refund ?
Wasn't going to post anythign bad till I heard about this last shipment, but I wanted 1 jersey they tried 3 times and each time caught by customs.
Getting sick of them now and just want the money back.

After the first time u should of asked for a refund to be honest but i guess these things happen.

My brother was looking for the long sleeved Chelsea jerseys from soccertriads.

Finally, they have the home one in stock, but judging by the recent posts here, it isn't a good idea to order from them anymore.

Asking for my order number, I thoguht maybe a second repalcement might get through but now at this stage just want the cash back.
Will see what comes of sending the order number again.

I ordered a jersey from 9Footballshirt, but like all the above...it's been seized.

Has anyone tried to get theirs back by contacting customs, or am I just quicker trying to get a refund ?

The not very nice new Chelsea away shirt I ordered from Soccer Triads is now with those wonderful people at the customs office. Asked ST for a replacement, but looks like it will get the same treatment then. Shame.

European sizes, I oredered the Marseille one in 'Small' and it was the same size as any adidas jerseys I bought in shops here, fits me like a glove

Has anyone contacted customs about getting their shirt back ? How much is the price to get it back or is it easier to ask for a refund off the companies ?

I don't think you can get it back. They are counterfeit jerseys and they are destroyed.

Well mine got here no problem. If you use the Instant Message service on the site they will give you a tracker number if you quote the order number to them. Took 2 weeks for my jerseys to arrive.

Think I'll get the new Germany home jersey and the AC Milan away.

Bit cautious over ordering now. I contacted their live chat and I was told the XXXL on there was 104cm width which is only 41 inches. If it was Euro sizes it'd be over 50 inches easily. I need 44 minimum to be able to move

Well I can only speak for the 'small' jerseys and they are the same as over here. I asked on the live chat if the sizes were US or European and they told me European. Remember, fortune favours the brave

I got in touch with Soccertriads telling them that I was a hugely put off buying from them due to the amount of Customs seizures. Kevin replied saying they are trying out a new shipping method and should know next week whether or not it's successful. Hopefully it works.

anyone still waiting for the main utd pre-ordered away top? ordered about 6 weeks ago. orderred it with another jersey. the other jersey got seized 2 weeks ago. have yet to hear anything anout the united one. please god it makes it to me!

Ye I'm still waiting for mine.I got on to Kevin after it was displayed as "In stock".Got a reply saying it would be sent off to the printers and then sent to me.I got the impression from Kevin was he never even checked and just gave me a reply to keep me happy.

yeah probably. was hoping to get it before the new season started. well its either that or a customs letter. if still no joy on friday i will mail them and keep at them until i get a definite answer.

Ordered Arsenal home and away jerseys from soccertriads which were dispatched last week. I've already ordered more than 10 jerseys before this and they all got through customs fine. But now I wish I hadn't made the order after seeing all these posts about customs seizing them.

If they get seized, I'm asking for a refund straight away. Won't bother getting them resent as they'll most likely also be seized. Paid with PayPal this time, instead of Google Checkout so it should be easier getting a refund if things go south.
