College Park, any good?

Hey got into college park as a postgrad can't wait to move in.. pretty expensive would want to be decent... is it worth it? what makes it so special to be that expensive?

After living in larkfield and hampstead this will be a bid deal for me when I move in. Looks a lot nicer in the pictures too.
