Change Static Converter to Rotary Converter

Hi, I want to convert a 7.5Kw static converter into a rotary converter. Is this possible? If so, can you please point me in the right direction regarding instruction manuals, wiring diagrams etc... GF

Just curious - what's the application? Is this for interruption ride through, or full on UPS?
