This is for Elvis Jones...

If you beat 80 mins in the Frank Duffy 10 miler and I fail to beat 90 mins or vice cersa. Then the loser has to wear something nominated by the other for the run section of a triathlon next year.

I haven't done much long distance running (nothing over 11km)and mcmillan has me at 87:18 based on my 10km time last month in Dunshaughlin.

I've got a fetching neon pink and sparkling "only gay in the village t-shirt" for you somewhere

Ah i don't mind pink, i said to a club member i'd wear pink head to toe in DCM if i got enough money for charity.

I did the 5 miler in 41 so 10 in 80 is a serious step up:p

Sub 85 is something i'd be confident of !

Yeah the boots really slowed me down.........sadly i had a belly like that in Jan:o
