Did you reply back to support and tell them you want a refund and explain the situation.

Get onto your credit card company if u used a card and tell them to.

just had my first order arrive 5 weeks after i made it (though there was a postal strike here)

the jerseys are absolutely perfect. the adidas ones are too tight for now though, but that's more a helix related problem than a soccertriads one, and itll be remedied soon :P

Im pulling my hair out , and he said he has sent replacements but yet no tracking number for these :-(

Talk me through your process for a refund please.

First i emailed soccer traids them selfs they said they would refund me that week. End of week comes i ask again they say well you have to get in touch with google :rolleyes:
So i go here https://checkout.google.com/support/bin/request.py?contact_type=claimb&ctx=contact3_report_another_order
Fill in the correct info and ask for a refund they get back to me give me more crap about sending out the order. I ask for a refund again!! And finally this week it seems to of been sorted as i then got in touch with Visa and they said ask Google for a confirmation number and the last 4 digits of your card so you know the refund is gone threw. Really all you can do is get in touch with googles support email addy which your getting the messages from and keep at them.

I had a couple of emails of this guy back and forth and they didnt fill me with confidence, the last mail i sent him was about 10days ago and he didnt reply(which is odd as he only has to send me an invoice and i am going to pay him).

Never had probs with soccer triads before but will hold off a while ordering

If Customs were right they would send seized jerseys to poor children somewhere or some **** like that. It benefits nobody by burning them

How do we know they actually burn them ?
I always have my doubts about customs etc seizing stuff. Bet they must keep some of it!

Of course they destroy them.They are counterfeit,they have to destroy them.
Sure thats like saying the cops keep a little bit of coke from a drugs bust!

Ive no problem with knockoff jerseys (wanted the black mexico one myself) but its a calculated risk,get caught & the jersey gets binned.

just opened a letter to what i expected... so p*ssed off. 1st time i ever buy from triads or a jersey ffrom internet and i have a letter from customs

i actually bought 2 jerseys (1 argentina and 1 man utd away)

the letter says that 1 adidas jersey was seized.

so maybe theres hope for my man utd tope which i want more!

so what happens here, will even bother trying to get a refund from triads? ive read on here people have had trouble with that.

the utd top was pre-ordered so maybe there's a backlog as they were both ordered same time. ill let yas no if it gets here or not.

I doubt ill be ordering again dunno if im really unlucky or wheter they are really clamping down

ask them for a refund for the whole order , get onto them directly first though dont go through google at first .

yeah ill get onto them now and email them directly first and ill tell them i can mail or fax them the customs letter i got. hopefully ill at least get a refund. was looking forward to the argentina top. i actually got maradonna onthe back cause it only cost anextra 2 quid. maybe the name made the jersey look more counterfeit

They tried to send me ones twice . .

They said they cant send anymore (which is fine as I want a refund).

I have emailed asking for a refund . . Dont think they are too excited about reimbursing me . . Anybody got any tips or experience with getting refunds ?

One of the lads a few pages back went about getting a refund but it's a complex process by the looks of it. Scour a few pages previous to this.

They said they will not refund once they try to resend the order again . . (ie they tried to send it twice!).

I paid by paypal, is there anyway of complaining to them to get a refund or am I just donald ducked ?

I just filed a complaint with paypal. Emailed soccertriads and didn't receive a reply from them.

Can't imagine anybody getting anything through from them at this stage. I wonder if they used different packaging would it work

Jersey has been ordered months ago, and no delivery yet, even though they're listed as "in stock". It's fruitless as customs will only take it.

I've asked for a refund and will take this as long as it needs. Ridiculous site to deal with after all the good times.

i emailed the support last friday about gettin a customs letter and i havent got a response.

ordered 2 jerseys but the letter says they only seized 1 so thats weird. the other was a pre-ordered man united jersey so its probably back-logged. im expecting another customs letter through the door

wish i never bothered with them. just want a refund and ill keep hassling if i have to until i get it. ill follow up with another email tomorrow

Got my Marseille jersey this morn. Also ordered the Inter away and Benfica away. Not sure if the Inter away is the proper one but it's very nice.

Anyway delighted with them, all badges and adidas/nike symbols are stitched in, the adidas Climacool and badge are on the bottom and I'd be hard pressed to say which is real or fake if two were put down together. I'm guessing they must be in some way counterfeit for £16 a go but my untrained eye couldn't really say if they were. The shipping was £17 also which was steep but that's why I bought 3. Shorts came with them also. Tempted to go back in again now and buy some more!
