High power Air Rifle

    Hi a friend of my is looking to buy a high powered Air Rifle 30-40lb plus precharged preferred but will consider other types, any info or if someone is thinking of selling please let me know. Thanks Tac

    David Mulival in ballymahon Co Longford has a good few air rifles. You should give him a call as he is one of the soundest dealers to talk to.

    David or Des Mulville are both sound.
    David is based in Ballymahon and Des in Mullingar, two brothers.

    ;)Air rifles are small potatoes to Irish retailers due to the 'one gun, one licence' policy. I doubt if any of them actually test them with a chrono.
    Best to research the UK market, decide what you want and apply for a licence.A Theoben Eliminator is the daddy of quality rifles running at 30ft/lbs but there are quite a few spring or gas ram rifles putting out 20-30 ft.lbs.
    If you want to go the pre-charged route its a more expensive and complicated game. Read the www.airgunbbs.com for lots of info.
