Contacted soccertriads yest to ask for the tracking no of my order, got an email on the 04/07 saying it was dispatched so I was expecting it this week really.

Emailed me back this morning saying the shirts aren't even in stock with them yet, expect it should be with me in 2 weeks. FFS.

Just got the letter from the customs. Don't think there is much point in asking for another one to be sent out if they are all being seized.
Has anybody gotten a refund from them?

They said they will send mine again with a different shipping method , if I don't get that ill ask for a refund.

Just emailed there and attached the letter from the Revenue. Hopefully they'll send another and it gets through

Still waiting on my top and then when I queried it , they supplied me with a tracking number that was received by customs BEFORE I even placed my order.

Lets see how hard it is to get a refund through google :-(

I bought the new FC Barcelona home short from Soccer Triads. It's actually a fairly decent replica though a few points let it down so I'll end up getting the real deal sooner rather than later anyway.

1. The shirt sizing is a little off. A size L is more like an M in comparison to my authentic 2011/12 away shirt I just got. The material is of poorer quality too.

2. The 'Dri Fit' embroidery and embroidery in general is poorly finished.

3. The Mes Que Un Club inside the shirt has the right font but actually says Mes Oue Un Club and does look glaringly obvious.

4. The LFP logo is not embroidered at all. This is the biggest let down. It's instead a rotten looking, faded iron-on patch which just looks complete garbage.

Other than the above I'm pleased with the rest of it. For £20 inc Puyol/5 and P&P from Thailand it'snot too bad. My main gripe, other than the above, is it took over a month to deliver. Not the best, but then at that price you can't really moan.

I did it really as an experiment more than anything, I'll end up buying a real home shirt very soon I think.

The only thing that concerns me about that site is that they have S, M, L, XL and XXL which I've never seen before from sites selling fakes. I have always thought the majority of fakes were made in M and XL.

Shipping is 17 pounds to Ireland by DHL :eek:. More than the jersey costs!

Contacted SoccerTriads and they gave me two tracking numbers , but wait for the best part , they said that they would not be available to me until next week to check haha

Dont order from soccer triads unless you like the hassle :pac:

Still waiting on a refund they told me last week i would have it lastest this Wednesday then told me well you have to get onto Google to sort a refund ffs.

Now i emailed Google first thing they do is send me out a ****ing tracking number which was from last month !!

So i get back in touch saying i wanted a refund my jerseys have been taken by customs and i was promised a refund and still have none.

So ive emailed them twice and still waiting.

My advice buy the jerseys in the shop unless you can find a website thats perfect and hassle free its not worth it at all.

Yous realise an post can't give you tracking details for a package they haven't received yet ? When they receive it that tracking number will work if it's the right one

My tracking number was for a parcel before i even had placed my order.

Surprised to hear a good few are having problems with soccertriads. Ive bought at least 5 shirts off them over the last 18 months and have never had an issue either with quality or their customer service. However, would be put off buying again due to the recent customs issue..

Yeah but when's the last time you got one? It's been in the last month or so that customs have been clamping down.

Last shirt I got was the new Brasil one 2 months ago and got it delivered in around 10 days. Like I said Ive never had a problem and I still think they are the best out there... However, like ya said the clamping down by customs, would make me reluctant buying again until thats sorted..

Don't think the stories will put me off too much, I've ordered off them a few times too with no hassle, think I'll wait a couple months before I order my next few jerseys though. Maybe just buy one too just to make sure there are no problems.

Just recieved my Customs letter. Doesn't seem to give me any reason as to why my 1 ADIDAS JERSEY and 1 NIKE JERSEY were seized other than "being liable to forfeiture under Section 177 of the Customs Consolidation Act, 1876" which I cannot find anywhere online. What do I do next? On the back it says to write to the dude he seized it but he gave no address.

Soccer Triads. Ordered June 19th. Seized July 12th. 2 jerseys in total. AC milan home and Manchester United home.
