Local Football Club Lotto License?????

Hi, Just wondering does any1 know how you can apply to get license to run local club lotto. Lotto would be a weekly draw with prizemoney starting @ €1000 and rising on a weekly basis for each week it isn't one. Can any1 point me in right direction for license and also any regulations etc that can affect the license thanks

You will need a licence so try the local Garda Station for starters.
