    Hi

    As above

I have the option of both at similiar prices - Both Diesel - similiar mileage 100k

Whats the better option - The peugeot seems to have better MPG but I've had citroens and feel more confident about the make - never had a Peugeot.

    Thanks in advance

    Jinky

There was no 407 around in 2002. Is it a 407 or 307?

407 didn't come out until 2004. As for comparisons they are for the most part the same car built by the same company.

The Citroen c5 has the option coming with no particle filter. Definitely a better buy. The engine code is 9HY as apposed to 9HZ with particle filter. You will find this on the chassis number.
