Problem with eBay seller fees

Hi guys, I want to pay my seller fees which eBay say are 0 euro, yet they still ask for payment. When I choose to pay via PayPal, it says "Add a Card". How do I pay using the balance in my PayPal which is approx 30 Euro. Thanks in advance.

Under the "Account" tab in myebay, hit "Summary" and it should give you a run down of what fees you owe.

You should see:
You can make a one-time payment using PayPal or another payment method.

Thats the one you need.

Thanks a million, funds were deposited from my PayPal balance but still not in my eBay balance. Any idea how long it takes for it to go through?

Oh never mind, It says there will be a 24 hour delay on updating your account balance.
