    I got a payment error when processing through paypal and emailed them immediately asking what the story was. Haven't got a reply but my order is still set to processing.

    I'm not confident.

    Same happened me if you call them they will probably say "some error occurred with PP they dont seem to know why " & that order was canned as a result
    Instead of asking for a different method of payment :mad:

    Probably to ventilate a little more. Or easy access to dry/deodourise.

    Was thinking that myself. Pitvents are usually on raincoats, not fleeces.

    It's possible that the fleece can be zipped into a rain coat, or designed to be worn under one. The you'd open the zips on the rain coat and the fleece, allowing a bit more air to circulate while still keeping the rain off.

    I've never seen them on a fleece marketed as a stand alone jacket before though. Could be a new thing.

    That's the second time they have cancelled orders on me recently without any notification.

    Last time they did it I pointed out how they were breaking their own terms and conditions in doing so, but it was a waste of time.

    They seem to be happy with applying their terms and conditions to the letter when it is in their favour but take a cavalier approach with them when it's the other way around.

    Going to phone Cheshire trading standards about it when I get a chance tomorrow.

    just received mine and it is the wrong size and colour, sent a feckin purple one instead of the black that I ordered.

    I have also received a garish purple thing this morning which I now have to return. (They confirmed the original item is now out of stock).

    They have lost a customer on their first attempt.
