New Bosch Washing Machine, Same old Smell.

Hi Just got a new Bosch washing machine put in today and the wet clothes still smell very musty after the wash. Any ideas on what can cause the problem? I assumed it was just down to our old machine. Thanks.

get a different powder/detergent,
if your in a hard water area you may need to put in extra

Are you using those Small & Mighty bottles of detergent? If so, that's what's doing it. It happened to me before and once you go back to using powder the smell goes.

Hard water and certain detergents.

Ariel liquid or powder works best for me, lovely fresh smell from the clothes and I tried every other powder/liquid before this.
